Using Uldebrasco: terms

Last updated:

When assessing the proposal, distinguish analysis work from any external financial service. The points below outline the topics the provider needs to develop in its final terms.

Information screen with sections on tools, data limits, terms and financial risks.
Visual concept for reviewing the scope and limitations of a service.

Scope and responsible party

The agreement must identify the organisation providing the service, the features included and the specific requirements for access.

Interpreting the tools

Data and models have limitations and can fail. Analysis outputs provide informational support; they neither ensure results nor replace your own assessment.

Exposure to losses

Cryptoassets and other financial instruments can fluctuate substantially. Trading involves the risk of losing some or all of the capital allocated to that activity.

Relationships with third parties

Each outside provider has its own terms. Check its identity, necessary permissions, charges and rules for payments, deposits and withdrawals.

Contractual content to complete

The actual provider must specify contracting, billing, cancellation, complaints, liability and applicable law in line with the service it genuinely supplies.
